Here is the clip of Haley saying illegal immigrants aren't "criminals."

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna responded to Haley's comments and said, "Someone let [Nikki Haley] know that  if you cross the border illegally, you are by definition a criminal."

Rep. Lauren Boebert wrote Wednesday night, "2024 is about taking our country back. We don’t have time for people like Haley who can’t even speak coherently about the illegal, CRIMINAL invasion going on in our country. Trump 2024."

Kari Lake also responded to Haley's comments and said, "Crossing the border outside a port-of-entry is an illegal act."
